On the final night of the year, Five Seasons invites you to The Fifth Midnight - an opulent, immersive tasting experience celebrating rebirth, reflection, and the beauty of impermanence.

Each dish becomes a movement; each guest, a note in the composition.
Twelve to sixteen courses unfold like a crescendo toward midnight - luminous, marine, and alive.
